The objective of the College Readiness Dialogues is to provide an open, relaxed, and informal dialogue between librarians and faculty from high school and higher education on students college readiness. How can librarians and faculty collaborate to strength the transition between high school and college, especially in the area of information literacy? What can we do to impact students success?
Since the first College Readiness Dialogues in 2010, librarians and faculty have established relationships for working together to improve the experience of students transitioning from high school to college.
From 2010 - 2016, this event was sponsored by the libraries of Blue Valley High School and Rockhurst University.
This event is currently sponsored by Rockhurst University Greenlease Library.
