Notify the library (library@rockhurst.edu) and the admissions department (admission@rockhurst.edu) at the beginning of the semester that you are interested in library instruction.
The admissions department will mail out Banner information to the address on file once enrollment is complete.
Teachers should contact the admissions department at admission@rockhurst.edu to schedule a visit to campus.
Campus visits with library instruction should be scheduled at least 30 days in advance and at point in the semester when students have already identified a research topic.
Teachers must indicate in writing how the lunch billing will be handled for their classes.Options for lunch billinging include:
Paying for all lunches together at time of service with a credit card. A copy of the the school's tax exemption certificate must be on file or presented at time of purchase.
Pay by invoice (?)
Students and visiting ACCP instructors may purchase individual lunches at the caferia. If purchased individually, lunches will be subject to sales tax.
RU's contract with our dining management vendor does not permit students to bring outside food into the cafeteria. Students may eat food brought from home at other locations on campus (Massman Patio, Hawk's Nest, Rock Room)
Students should have their research topics identified prior to the library session.
