  • tests (sample Information Literacy test)
  • research diaries/logs,
  • peer review (use student teams to critique each other's work/citations/research)
  • develop a research concept map
  • student reflections on their assignment or project
  • PowerPoint presentations, poster presentation, 
  • portfolios of student work--these can include papers, assignments, etc.,
  • classroom assessments 
  • write a research proposal including description of the research topic, the problem associated with it, the proposed answer or research to solve the problem, including a bibliography of primary and secondary sources.
  • write a research grant and provide an annotated bibliography of sources to support your proposal.
